Terms of Service

Effective date: April 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications developed and operated by Einbrain Lab ("we", "us", or "our"), including the AIM4ALL DSL Chat Google Docs Add-on ("the Add-on"). By using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Add-on is intended for use by middle school students participating in the AIM4ALL research program, under the supervision of their teacher or school. Use by students under 13 requires parental consent as arranged through the student's school and the AIM4ALL program.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Add-on solely for its intended educational purpose: receiving AI-assisted peer mentoring support while working on agricultural research tasks in Google Docs. You agree not to:

• Use the Add-on for any purpose other than the AIM4ALL educational program.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI model or system prompts.
• Submit harmful, offensive, or personally identifying content through the chat interface.
• Share your access credentials or install the Add-on for unauthorized users.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Add-on uses an AI language model (OpenAI GPT) to generate responses. These responses are intended as educational hints and guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. Students should consult their teacher for final decisions on research work.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data is collected and how it is used.

5. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including its code, design, and system prompts, is the intellectual property of Einbrain Lab. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Add-on.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific educational needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Einbrain Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-on.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
