A generative AI app developed by Einbrain Lab is now supporting medical education! Over 176 medical students at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Sam Houston State University are using MedChat to enhance their communication skills. The AI-powered virtual patient allows future doctors to practice delivering challenging news (e.g., a diagnosis of diabetes or cancer) in a realistic, interactive conversation. After each session, students receive feedback and evaluation from the AI system.
