Excited to share another publication with my former graduate students.
Our latest study examines how school districts’ use of social media relates to student performance. We looked at how districts’ social media content, especially posts featuring technology-related terms, correlates with student progress accountability ratings. We applied simple machine learning techniques to analyze a modestly sized dataset. We hope these insights can help shape more effective social media strategies in education.
